حذف البيانات

يمكنك في أي وقت أن تطلب حذف بياناتك من «مجرى»، ومنها البيانات التي وصلنا إليها من فيسبوك وإنستغرام. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
1. اطلب الحذف بالبريد أو واتساب
- أرسل إلى Hi@ShareTheAgency.com بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات مجرى»، أو راسلنا على واتساب +967 782 938 214.
- اذكر اسمك أو اسم نشاطك التجاري، واسم صفحة فيسبوك أو حساب إنستغرام إن وجد.
- نؤكد استلام الطلب خلال 3 أيام عمل، ونحذف البيانات خلال 30 يوماً، ونبلغك عند الانتهاء.
2. أوقف وصولنا إلى صفحاتك بنفسك
- افتح business.facebook.com/settings.
- من «الحسابات» اختر الصفحة أو حساب إنستغرام، ثم «الشركاء» (Partners)، واحذف «شير».
- يتوقف النشر والوصول فوراً. ولحذف ما حُفظ سابقاً، أرسل الطلب في الخطوة 1.
3. ما الذي يُحذف
معرّفات الصفحة والحساب، وسجل المنشورات المنشورة عبر مجرى وروابطها، والمحتوى والتصاميم المرفوعة، وبيانات الحساب. المنشورات نفسها تبقى على صفحتك ما لم تحذفها أنت. وقد نحتفظ بما يلزمنا القانون بحفظه، مثل الفواتير.

You can ask us to delete your data from Majra, including data we accessed from Facebook and Instagram, at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
1. Request deletion
Email Hi@ShareTheAgency.com with the subject "Majra data deletion request", or message us on WhatsApp at +967 782 938 214. Include your name or business name and your Facebook Page or Instagram account. We confirm within 3 business days, delete the data within 30 days, and let you know when it is done.
2. Remove our access yourself
Open business.facebook.com/settings, choose your Page or Instagram account, open Partners, and remove Share. Publishing and access stop immediately. To delete data stored before that, send the request in step 1.
3. What is deleted
Page and account IDs, the history and links of posts published through Majra, uploaded content and designs, and account details. Posts already on your Page stay there unless you delete them. Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, may be retained.
