Privacy Policy

Majra is a platform owned and operated by Share Digital Marketing Agency ("Share", "we") to plan, approve, publish and track social media content for its clients. This policy explains how we handle data in Majra, including its integration with Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

1. Data we collect

• Team members: name, email, password (hashed), and activity inside the platform.
• Clients and their reviewers: name, WhatsApp number, and the approvals and comments they leave through their private link.
• Content: ideas, captions, designs and videos uploaded to prepare posts.
• Meta data: when a client grants Share access to their Facebook Page or Instagram business account, we use the official Graph API to access the Page and account names and IDs, the posts we publish on the client's behalf and their links, and their performance insights.

2. How we use it

To publish content the client has approved, now or at the time they choose; to run the workflow between our team and the client and report on performance; and to send in-app notifications to the team. Meta data is used only to serve the client who owns the Page. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or build profiles of individuals.

3. Sharing

We never sell or rent data. We share it only with the client it belongs to, with our operating providers (Hostinger hosting, Meta when publishing), and with authorities when required by law.

4. Storage and security

Meta access tokens are kept on the server only, never in the browser or the database. Access uses personal, role-based accounts; client links are secret and can be revoked at any time. Media links Meta fetches for publishing expire within two hours. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and deleted or anonymized within 90 days after it ends, unless the law requires otherwise.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, and clients can remove our access to their Pages themselves. See our data deletion instructions.
